Are you sick of trying to find a great professional font to use in a design and can’t seem to find a free replacement? In this post, we’ve rounded up over 15 of our favorite free fonts that can put some professional fonts to shame.
Fonts can do a lot to change the look of a design. Sometimes something seems to be “missing” from a design, something that an excellent font would fix. After scouring the web, we’ve finally collected over 15 free fonts that will surely add some flair to your design.
Some great fonts already normally come with your system, be sure to check out these: Arial, Verdana, Georgia, Trebuchet MS, Cambria and Calibri.

Vegur
This font comes in 3 weights: Regular, Bold and ExtraLight.

Mayberry Pro Semi Bold (registration req. to download)
This font is a beautiful relative of the Mayberry Pro family.

Quicksand
A free sans-serif typeface developed by Andrew Paglinawan.

Advent
This font is beautiful, it’s free for personal, non-commercial use.

Myndraine
An unfinished font designed by Christopher Miller.
Nevis
This strong, angular typeface is ideal for headings. It features 96 of the most commonly used glyphs (characters).

Jura
Jura is a distinctive yet readable serif typeface, suitable for headings and body content alike. It features 96 of the most commonly used characters.

Fonce Sans Regular
The typeface includes old style (hanging) numbers, a ton of english and non-english lettering, some additional symbols, complete punctuation.

Lacuna
The download link for this font is in the header of this portfolio.
Please Be Aware
While most of these fonts are free for personal commercial use, be sure to check the licenses on each font as they are all different. Some may not be commercially-free.

You should zip these all together, unless I’m missing something.
Instead of letting people download these by hand.

That would be extremely helpful, unfortunately, I can’t do that. Almost all of the artists requested that we link to their website instead of providing a direct download link. After all, that’s a lot of hard work and those artists need credit!
