Freebie: Magazine-Style WordPress Theme Design

Enjoy a free magazine-styled Wordpress theme design that can be used to learn from or to develop and turn into a live, functioning website. This web design was initially created to be used as our very own theme, but we’ve decided to release it for free to show our reader appreciation!

If you’re a blogger or a webmaster using the WordPress platform, don’t settle for a free theme when you can design your own from scratch!

Initially, this WordPress theme was designed as “version two” of our very own website, but we’ve had several designs done since then and we’ve decided this was fit to be released for free to our awesome readers! You are free to customize this WordPress theme design however you see fit. Being a website devoted to web designers and tutorial readers, it seems wrong for us to attach strings to this theme design; so there aren’t any, we don’t require any attribution of any sort! Enjoy!

You’ll need to download the font “Nevis” which can be found in our article, 15+ Excellent Free Fonts.
This is a design only, unfortunately, it’s not currently coded into a functioning WordPress theme. We intended for this free WordPress design to be used as a learning tool and to get ideas, but you are absolutely free to code this or just tinker with it.

Downloaded the zip file but there’s only a PSD file instead of the actual wordpress theme, how weird.
